After being punched in the face earlier this month, Leona Lewis threw a KO punch herself…..at Chace Crawford(Gossip Girl). Leona refused to do a kissing scene with Chace in her new video, I Will Be, thinking it wouldn’t be fair to her boyfriend, Lou. That’s cool, right? But then, she broke out the vaseline, old pair of sneaks, put the gloves on and dropped some “B’s” on ol’ Chace! OK Magazine reports:
